Click My account in the top bar of the site and choose the option to create a new account. Enter your name, email address or mobile number, and a password of your choice, then submit the form.

Once your account is created you can save your delivery address for faster checkout, view all your past orders in one place, keep a wishlist of items you like, and leave reviews on products you have bought.

Click My account in the top bar and enter the email address or mobile number you registered with, along with your password. If you are already signed in, the same link takes you straight to your dashboard.

When you are finished, use Sign out in the top bar — especially if you are on a shared or public device.

On the sign-in screen, choose the Forgot password link and enter the email address linked to your account. We will send you a reset link — open it and set a new password.

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1613 073730 and we will help you get back in.

Yes. Tap the Wishlist heart on any product to save it, then open Wishlist from the top bar to see everything you have kept.

It is a useful way to hold on to a size or colour that is temporarily out of stock so you can come back to it once we restock.

No. You are welcome to check out as a guest by entering your name, phone number and delivery address. You can still follow your parcel from the Track order page using your order number, phone or email.

Creating an account is optional, but it saves your details for next time and keeps your full order history in one place.

Ordering takes about a minute:

1. Open the product you want and select your size and colour.

2. Click Add to cart, or Buy now to go straight to checkout.

3. Open the Cart from the top bar and check your items and quantities.

4. Continue to checkout and enter your name, phone number and full delivery address.

5. Choose your payment method and confirm the order.

You will receive a confirmation with your order number — keep it for tracking. Our team may call you to verify the order before it is dispatched.

Every product page lists the sizes and colours in stock. Our Comfort Trouser Pant, for example, runs from S to XXL in Black, Navy Blue and Dark Ash. You need to select both a size and a colour before the Add to cart button becomes active.

Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different from the actual fabric. If you are unsure about sizing, message us on WhatsApp with your usual waist measurement and we will recommend the best fit.

Yes. If you have a valid coupon code, enter it in the coupon field at checkout and the discount will be applied to your total before you confirm the order.

Normally one coupon can be used per order, and codes may carry an expiry date or a minimum order value. Discounts already shown on a product page are applied automatically, with no code needed.

You can cancel or amend an order at any point before it has been dispatched — just contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you are still covered by our 7-day return policy after it arrives.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad and card payments. You choose your preferred method at the checkout step.

All prices on the site are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

With Cash on Delivery you pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent when your parcel arrives, so nothing is charged up front. Where applicable, you can check the product before paying.

We may call to confirm your order before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable. Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD parcels may lead to Cash on Delivery being restricted for future orders.

Delivery charges depend on your division and district and are calculated from your address at checkout, so you always see the exact amount before confirming. Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000.

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh through our courier partner Steadfast. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by your location, weather, public holidays or courier delays.

If you have an account, every order and its current status is also listed under My account.

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and you have your order number or invoice.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp, use our contact page, or open the Returns section in your account. Full terms are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

Recording a short unboxing video where possible helps us resolve these claims much faster.

Yes, exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. Contact us with your order number and tell us which size or colour you would prefer, and our team will share the next steps.

If the item you want is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, or via bKash or Nagad for Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
